Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, unopened, in original packaging.
• Return requested within 30 days of receipt.
• Provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
• Exclusions: opened/used items, final sale/clearance, freebies/samples.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect

Change of Mind

If eligible (unopened/within 30 days), return for refund or store credit. Customer pays return shipping.

Refunds

Rates & Methods

Domestic (Australia)

• Standard: Flat rate $5.89, ETA 3–6 business days.
• Express: Flat rate $11.99, ETA 1–3 business days.
• Free shipping over $80 (standard).

International

• Rates/times calculated at checkout; duties/taxes payable by customer.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking will be provided. If you’re not home, the courier may safe-drop or card for collection.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays due to courier networks, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses, but we’ll assist where possible.

Lost/Damaged Parcels
